Welcome to our July #BCB Newsletter...

So far July has been a busy month with not only 1, but 2 new #BCB Sessions making a total of 8 Bootcamps a week now!! 

We are currently on week 5 of BCB13 which as always has been brilliant and we know we say it every time but we cannot believe that BCB14 has SOLD OUT again!!! It makes us so happy knowing that all the ladies love it so much that they keep coming back for more!

Anyway, here is all the lates news for you...


We now run 2 Evening Bootcamps and here is all the details you need to know...

You can book onto these classes on our website however please do feel free to turn up on the night.

All sessions can be paid for by cash or card.



You can now use the Loyalty Cards at both our Mid Morning and Evening Bootcamps...

Buy 5 and get 1 free - £40

Buy 10 and get 2 free - £80

If you would like to buy one then let us know at the start of the session and we will get it sorted for you. We then just ask you to bring your card along to be signed.


We absolutely love these sessions as they are so relaxed and we get to watch the Mummies workout whilst the kids make friends and have fun which is exactly what we wanted! We are continuing these throughout the Summer Holidays so please come along and join in the madness!!!

The gorgeous Kayleigh and her daughter Faye are regulars at our Mid Morning Bootcamp and have certainly become part of the #BCB family. Every Monday and Wednesday they are there without fail and Kay gives every session her absolute all. Her strength is incredible, her fitness is amazing and the changes we have witness since she started are unreal! We are very proud to be her coaches and very happy to call her our friend!!


When Hollie, Director and Editor of In The Country Magazine contacted us about working together to create a piece in the Summer Edition of the magazine we could not wait to meet her and get stuck in! We did a 4 page spread on 'Keeping fit in the Countryside' including ways to use the wonderful outdoors to work out, safe lifting practice and a beginners guide to running.
