What a start to 2019 we have had at Body Confident Bootcamp!

The energy at both our Early Morning and Mid Morning Bootcamps has been absolutely amazing and the results we are seeing already are just incredible!

We have loved meeting lots of new ladies in January who have quickly become a part of the #BCB Community!

As the Session Blocks for our Mid Morning Bootcamp have proved so popular, we have NEW #BCB Loyalty Cards on their way which is very exciting! Details of these at the bottom of the newsletter!

We also have our 'Bootcampers of the Month' and our favourite post workout meal so we hope you enjoy the read....


We are now taking bookings for our next Early Morning Bootcamp which starts on Monday 11th March for 8 weeks. The lighter and milder mornings means we can bring back the fresh sunrise workouts with some outdoor sessions which we are very much looking forward to!!!

Our January 'Bootcampers of the Month' are...


We just couldn't decide between the two, so as it's our first month doing this we have gone for both! Laura and Sarah have been coming to our Mid Morning Bootcamps since we started them. They have both been 100% committed to making healthy lifestyle changes and incorporating exercise into their busy lives as Mums of 3 gorgeous children! Their fitness and strength has dramatically improved, body shapes have changed, their confidence has grown and they now has a totally different attitude towards exercise. They are able to bring their littlest ones along (Thomas and Quinn) who love their time at Bootcamp!

Congratulations Laura and Sarah, we are SO happy you became part of our #BCB family and a little something from us is on it's way to you! X

Our #BCB favourite fuel...

You just can't beat this perfect combo full of all the post workout goodness and fuel you and your body need to recover...

Spicy smashed avocado on sourdough toast with poached eggs and crispy bacon, simply delicious!!

Our favourite place to go and enjoy this while we do some Bootcamp planning is Boston Tea Party in Chichester. If you haven't been there yet then you should definitely put it on your list! They have lots of space, good coffee, delicious food, good internet and most importantly, yummy cakes (Life is all about balance remember)!!

Mid Morning Bootcamp...

Our Mid Morning sessions have really taken off in January and have become exactly what we envisaged when we decided to start them back in September 2018. Not only do the ladies get to have a great workout, their little ones are able to come along too! As busy mums ourselves, we appreciate how hard it is to fit exercise in around family life and feel it is so important to take that one hour a day for you and your body. 

These sessions run on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 10.30-11.30am in the New Dojo at the New Park Centre in Chichester.

Sessions are £8 and we accept cash or card. (First session Half Price).
