As we kick start a brand new year, we wanted to start a monthly newsletter to keep you all up to date on any exciting announcements (we are hoping there will be lots in 2019), introduce our new 'Bootcamper of the Month', run competitions, recipe of the month, important dates for your diary and more...

We are so excited to get our 10th (can't believe we are saying that) early morning Bootcamp underway TOMORROW!!!

When we started in April 2017, we had absolutely no idea of the journey we were about to embark on. #BCB has become something so special to us and we are very proud of the business we have built and are still building. It is without doubt all thanks to every single woman that has been a part of 1 (or 9) of our Bootcamps and for that we will be forever grateful. 

January Recipe Of The Month

Feed Me Momma Vegan Pancakes

As January is the month to try being Vegan, we thought we would share this delicious pancake recipe courtesy of our good friend Feed Me Momma...


125g plain flour

1 tbsp coconut sugar

1tbsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

240ml non-dairy milk (e.g. almond)

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Maple syrup/agave for serving

Method: In a medium bowl, add the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt and whisk until smooth.

Add the milk, apple cider vinegar and vanilla essence and whisk until smooth.

Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes. (This is essential).

Heat a non-stick pan over a medium heat and pour in about 1/2 cup of the mixture. When the top begins to bubble, flip and cook until golden.

Serve warm with maple or agave and toppings of your choice.

(Mixture can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days).
