Our Mid-Morning Bootcamp runs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10.30-11.30am.
These sessions are baby/child friendly.
Our Evening Bootcamp is on a Tuesday from 7.15-8.15pm
All session are held at the New Park Centre in Chichester and run continuously throughout the year with breaks taken on Bank Holidays, Easter and Christmas.
All sessions can be paid for by cash or card either on the day or in block payments.
Single Session: £8
First session is HALF PRICE: £4
Pay for 5 upfront and receive 1 free: £40
Pay for 10 upfront and receive 2 free: £80
We use a variety of different workout styles suitable for all abilities including Bodyweight HIIT, Circuit Training and Boxing Fitness.

Body confident bootcamp has been amazing for me. I am a nervous soul at times and get extremely anxious about walking in to a room of people that I don’t know on my own. I can tell you those nerves were gone as soon as I stepped through the door. I was greeted with such kindness and happiness.

I joined Body Confident Bootcamp after a year of going to a gym ‘trying to get fit’. I used to book a few classes, go to the gym, some weights. I was doing something which was better than nothing! Motivation was the hardest part though and I ended up not going that often.
A friend was already doing BCB and convinced me to sign up! I loved it straight away! I learnt I could push myself further/harder/stronger/faster. I became part of a community of women that supported, motivated and encouraged each other. Quickly it became more about confidence for me than fitness. I was loosing weight and getting fitter but more importantly I was feeling good about myself. Shona and Steff have created a community of like minded women trying to be the best versions of themselves. I’ve found the way I like to train and that’s with an incredible group of inspiring women!
